Cultivation:

Liquid culture recipe:

Dextrose - 20 Gram
Yeast extract - 10 Gram
Soybean Peptone - 10 Gram
Distilled water - 1000 Ml


Inoculate when cool, and allow to colonize for 5-10 days.

Make Potato Broth:

500 Gram potatoes - peeled and sliced thin
5000 ml Water - distilled or mineral water


Nutrient Solution:

200 ml potato broth
2 Gram KH2PO4 - Potassium dihydrogen phosphate
1 Gram MgSO4 - Magnesium sulphate
1 Gram C6H14N2O7 - Ammonium citrate
30 Gram Glucose - Dextrose
3 Gram Soybean Peptone
50 mg Vitamin B1 - Thiamine


Make jar to cultivated fruit bodies from:

35 ml Nutrient solution
30 Gram rice - polished or brown rice


Autoclave for 60 mins


Inoculate when cool and allow to fully colonize.
